All children in attendance must be supervised by a responsible adult or guardian. 

We advise that adults and guardians to supervise children, particularly children under 3 years old, as they are playing in an area with mixed ages.

Please encourage children to use the toilet and wash hands before playing.

We do not tolerate bullying and children who are unruly and bully others will be asked to leave with no refund given.

Shoes must be removed before entering the play area for both adults and children. Socks or tights must also be worn at all times.

Each play session is restricted to 120 minutes.

Children who are unwell or become unwell at the play cafe should not use the play area.

Please leave all food and drinks outside of the play area, including chewing gums and sweets.

Report any accidents to a member of our staff please.

In the event of emergency please evacuate by the nearest door.

Tickets are non-refundable.  However, should you wish to change a booked session please email us 24 hours before your session is due to start.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit, please ensure your keep your valuable with you all the time.
